Cream of Tomato Soup
Ingredients
- 1 serving (can) Glucerna SR™, vanilla
- 10¾ ounce can (3.28kg) condensed tomato soup
- 60mL water
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in small saucepan
- Heat to serving temperature. DO NOT BOIL

Carrot Soup
Ingredients
- 6 scoops (52g) Glucerna SR™ powder
- 1 medium (100g) carrot
- 200mL warm water
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
- Peel and clean carrots and cut into small pieces
- Steam carrots until they are soft. Test tenderness by inserting fork into carrot
- Put steamed carrots, Glucerna SR™, and water into blender
- Blend ingredients together until well-incorporated and smooth
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Heat to serving temperature. DO NOT BOIL
- Serve in a soup bowl

Broccoli Soup
Ingredients
- 6 scoops (52g) Glucerna SR™ powder
- 1 small head (100g) broccoli
- 200mL warm water
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
- Wash broccoli. Cut into small pieces
- Steam broccoli until soft. Test tenderness by inserting fork into stem of florets
- Put steamed broccoli, Glucerna SR™, and water into blender
- Blend ingredients together until well-incorporated and smooth
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Heat to serving temperature. DO NOT BOIL
- Serve in a soup bowl.
Note: Additional broccoli can be steamed and added into soup before serving

Cream of Mushroom Soup
Ingredients
- 6 scoops (52g) Glucerna SR™ powder
- 1 can (100g) mushrooms
- 100mL warm water
- 100mL low-fat or skim milk
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
- Drain liquid from canned mushrooms and rinse under water
- Cut into smaller pieces if using whole mushrooms. For variety, you may use more than one type of mushroom
- Steam or microwave mushrooms until heated through
- Put mushrooms, Glucerna SR™, milk, and water into blender
- Blend ingredients together until well-incorporated and smooth
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Heat to serving temperature. DO NOT BOIL
- Serve in a soup bowl
Note: Additional mushrooms can be steamed and added into soup before serving

Cream of Corn Soup
Ingredients
- 6 scoops (52g) Glucerna SR™ powder
- 1 can (100g) corn kernels
- 100mL warm water
- 100mL low-fat or skim milk
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
- Drain liquid from canned corn and rinse under water
- Put corn, Glucerna SR™, milk, and water into blender
- Blend ingredients together until well-incorporated
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Heat to serving temperature. DO NOT BOIL
- Serve in a soup bowl

Tom Kha Soup
Ingredients
- 6 scoops (52g) Glucerna SR™ powder
- ½ cube Tom Yum Soup Base
- 200mL warm water
Preparation
- Prepare 200mL soup base according to directions on soup base package
- Slowly add 6 scoops or 52g of Glucerna SR™ to warm soup base while stirring and mix thoroughly until smooth. Alternatively, you can put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
- Heat to serving temperature. DO NOT BOIL
- Serve in a soup bowl
